Due to the type and/or volume of your SMS/text messaging associated with your UD Voice account, you will need to register your SMS/text traffic with The Campaign Registry, or your SMS/Text capabilities is at risk of being disabled.

This letter is to inform you that, due to the volume and/or type of SMS/text messages you send from your Elevate account, you are in breach of our data center’s Acceptable Use policy which is available here with respect to your use of SMS/Text messages within the Elevate service. Your account has been flagged by our text carrier partners as being a source of unusually high-volume outbound SMS traffic.

We understand that sending large numbers of outbound SMS/text messages may be important to your business, and we value you as a customer. To continue sending SMS/text messages, you will need to “register” your SMS/text messages with The Campaign Registry as a legitimate SMS/text campaign, which will alert the various SMS/Text carriers that your messages are not SPAM.
